I never endorse or discuss things I don't believe in completely. Normally, they're things I've spotted online while tumbling/having no life/reading magazines etc. However, more and more, I'm emailed by companies about their products or platforms. I will only ever share things with you Lilettes that meet my discerning standards, I won't spam you or show you things that aren't 100% awesome.

On this note, I introduce you to Otiumberg, a jewellery, gifts and accessories site which has been extraordinarily skillfully curated. Just launched last month, it is the brainchild of three London-based sisters. It ships all over the world and prices start at under £20. How am I meant to be good when everything is SO PRETTY?! Ah, you tempt me overly!

Longchamp Fun - Le Pliage Personalised.

(I refuse to spell "Personalised" with a 'z')

Longchamp are doing that thing we all like - making something ours, unique. Letting us feel special in a very controlled way. It's fun to personalise things and the customised bag they're offering us is much more affordable than the St Ives from Burberry Prorsum - similar feel, very different pricetag.

Whatevs, I'm a sucker for it.

My Le Pliage is the bag I use most. It's timeless, durable and great for throwing stuff into casually. It goes with almost everything and dresses both up and down. I'm really not in the market for another bag (trying to be good) but if I were, it'd be the style I'd shoot for. And I really like the idea of having one no one else will have. Gothic Revival

...I mean the architecture, obviously. Not quite sure where the outfit falls...I'm crazy about the building I'm pictured in front of - it's my local church and I did my dissertation on its architect, John Bourke. No one had really studied him before so mine was the first in-depth study of his career which was pretty cool. They've even put my work on file in The Irish Architectural Archive!

But back to the outfit. If I had to give you its recipe it'd be one part grunge revival, one part punk and about 100 parts Colette. Such a quintessentially me outfit - comfort, black, oversize on top and skinny on bottom and minimal accessories with a nod to my musical roots. 

I had forgotten how fun outfit posts were - expect a little more of them from now on (hopefully)! Woop!

DIY not?

Had an old skirt that was embarrassingly short (and, thus, never worn out of the house) which I had to cut myself out of when the zip got stuck and I was both in a hurry and panicky - Now I have one clutch, a collar a shoulder bag on its way and a couple other ideas for the leftovers. I'm so glad I did something with it instead of throwing it out - so cute!

My sister described the collar as "something those guys who try to be sexy shirtless butlers would wear"...I think she's referring to Chippendale-like figures?

How are bags and people alike?

Well, they come in all shapes and sizes and all are equally beautiful, of course! 

I don't think I've ever focused on accessories in a post and I'm quite excited for all the bags of style, bags of bags this coming season! Rounding up the eclectic mix of bags which were highlights of the shows of the recent fashion weeks, we can see that there was a lot of choice and a lot of imagination on show. From furry clutches literally clutched against the chest like stuffed animals at Celine, to lego blocks at Chanel, to timeless bowling bags at Prada. So, here's my picks for the best bags of A/W 2013-4 - The bags I'm dreaming of and can't afford.

I'm sorry...

...after one day of keeping my promise to update all this week, it all went right out the window. That road and all the intentions it was paved with...Anyway, I'M SORRY. I'm shit, I know. Real life was real life and got in the way. I probably should have expected that...

For now, have this picture of an amazing bag I saw. And, yes, I realise I'm a bit of a creep.

This skirt sees some action!

I previewed a skirt that Mammy gave me the other day and now it finally escapes the closet for some action! It's so chic and pared back, yet still a statement piece, that I just wore it with some minimalist sandals and a white tank. Accessories were the area for colour; stacked bracelets, mis-matching earrings and a statement ring! But I refrained from adding any necklaces, didn't want to upset the balance between minimalism and hippy/tribal accessories.

Sadly, I'm all dressed up with nowhere to go...as per.
